Russ and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sushi. We are particular fans of a sushi restaurant named "Happy Sumo" all of those in the Provo/Orem area should give it a shot...YUM! Well I decided that I wanted to try my hand at sushi making. They didn't turn out half bad and were surprisingly easy to make.

Wow! I'm impressed. Regis bought me some sushi-making gear for my birthday but I've been too chicken to try it yet. I'll have to call you for some pointers!
